​Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It depends on the type of cleaning and your preference:

Regular domestic cleaning: You don’t need to be home. Our cleaners are fully vetted, experienced, and trusted to work independently. Many clients provide a key or access code, and we respect your home and belongings at all times.

Deep domestic cleaning: It’s recommended that someone is present at the end of the clean. This allows you to check the work and ensure it meets your expectations and point out any areas you’d like revisited immediately.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes, all our cleaners are background-checked, experienced, and trained to deliver high-quality service.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use a mix of professional and eco-friendly products. You can also request that we use your preferred cleaning products.

Domestic Cleaning

What types of domestic cleaning do you offer?
Our domestic services include:

Can I book a one-time domestic cleaning?
Yes! You can schedule a one-off clean or set up a regular cleaning plan.

How long does a typical domestic clean take?
It depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. On average:

• Small flat: 2-3 hours

• Medium house: 3-4 hours

• Large house: 4-6 hours

Do I need to prepare anything before the cleaner arrives?
No special preparation is needed. We recommend clearing personal items for easier access to surfaces, but it’s not required.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning?
You can book online via our website, call or WhatsApp message us directly at +44 7353 047648.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the cleaning and receive a 100% refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the cleaning, we issue a 50% refund, and the remaining 50% will be added as credit for a future booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the cleaning, the full amount will be issued as credit only. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekends or peak times.

 

Can I request the same cleaner every time?
Yes, you can request your preferred cleaner for consistency and comfort, but we cannot guarantee availability.​​

How much does domestic cleaning cost?
Prices depend on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. For a detailed quote, please contact us or use our online booking tool.

Yes, we follow the latest health and safety guidelines, including sanitising hands, wearing gloves, and using safe cleaning methods.
